International audienceIn the last decade, multi-catalysis has emerged as an excellent alternative to classical methods, rapidly elaborating complex organic molecules while considerably decreasing steps and waste generation. In order to further decrease costs, the application of cheaper and more available iron-based catalysts has recently arisen. Through these iron-based multi-catalytic combinations, greener transformations have been developed that generate complex organic scaffolds from simple building blocks at lower costs.
