Stress, harassment, burn-out, … these words concern pains occurring at work nowadays. Some tragic and recent events showed that caregivers working in public health establishments are also concerned by psychosocial risks. Literature shows a close relationship between management and psychosocial risks. This research paper is focused on their prevention through health framework managerial skills. Since prevention goes hand in hand with awareness, it was interesting to interview public hospital health framework, in order to assess the perception of the role they are playing.
