The objective of this study is to provide diagnostic and optimization elements for a speed-controlled axis of a numerically controlled machine tool. Among the many problems that can present such an application, we retain 3 classes:- problems related to the control of phase currents. Our goal is to optimize the torque coefficient over the maximum speed range by minimizing ripples, caused by distortions of electrical quantities. It is, among other things, presented an extreme command to control the autopilot angle,- problems with sensors and connections; we are interested in the consequences and the detection of wiring errors for sensors (speed or position) and motor.
