Des reportages de JT comme déclencheurs d’interactions orales dans une démarche transculturelle en classe de FLE

Introducing cultural content in a foreign language class has become essential with communicative and action-oriented approaches. This work focuses on the implementation of a project in a small school offering immersive language course in Guadeloupe. The school offers intensive courses in small groups for a pluricultural, adult audience. The aim of this project was to trigger oral (trans)cultural interactions among learners, using French television news reports as didactic materials. The first part of this work presents the training field which gave birth to this project. The second part defines the theoretical framework into which this work enters, focusing in particular on the transcultural process in a homoglot context and the use of televised news reports as an authentic document which can catalyse interactions. The third part describes the implementation of the project and analyses the results obtained, ending with a critical analysis of the whole project. This work highlights the relevance of the use of televised news reports in a transcultural approach, but does not rule on the question of their didactisation. However, it underlines how the professorial action of teachers plays a central role in a transcultural process.L’introduction de contenus culturels en classe de langue étrangère est devenue incontournable avec les approches communicative et actionnelle. Ce travail porte sur la mise en place d’un projet ingénierique dans une petite école proposant des séjours linguistiques en Guadeloupe. L’école propose des cours intensifs en petits groupes, à un public pluriculturel adulte. Ce projet avait pour objectif de déclencher des interactions orales d’ordre (trans)culturel chez les apprenants, en utilisant comme supports didactiques des reportages de journaux télévisés français. La première partie de ce mémoire présente le terrain de stage qui a vu naître ce projet. La deuxième partie définit le cadre théorique dans lequel s’inscrit ce travail, en s’intéressant notamment à la démarche transculturelle dans un contexte homoglotte et au reportage de journal télévisé comme document authentique catalyseur d’interactions. La troisième partie relate la mise en place du projet et analyse les résultats obtenus, pour terminerpar une analyse critique de l’ensemble. Ce travail met en évidence la pertinence de l’utilisation de reportages de journaux télévisés dans une démarche transculturelle, mais ne statue pas sur la question de leur didactisation. Il permet toutefois de souligner que l’agir professoral des enseignants joue un rôle central dans une démarche transculturelle
