Ph.D.Polydopamine (PDA), a bioinspired polymer derived from the self polymerization of monomeric dopamine (DA), is gaining ever growing attention as an adhesive coating material. However, the exploration of PDA as a building block for assembling plasmonic nanostructures remains limited.
