A Study of Anti-Patterns that Affects Software Developers' Behaviors

Regarding the implementation of software projects, in addition to the technical complexity, but must face the social problems during the management process. This study views from the angle of negative impact caused by the practice of software development process, using the Modified Delphi Method and AHP to aggregate and investigate the relevant literature on ＂anti-patterns＂ in the software field. Through the survey on the related software development personnel responsible for business logic implementation, sorting out ten anti-patterns with a higher degree of impact to further explore its causes and suggest the solutions. This study aims to offer the reference to the project managers who attempt to improve the software development environment by helping to identify factors that cause the negative impact, escalating the risks recognition ability, reducing the probability of threats caused during the software development practice, improving the production efficiency, and enhancing the software quality.軟體專案的執行，除了技術性的複雜度，更必須面臨過程管理的社會性問題。本研究從軟體開發實踐過程產生負面影響的角度切入，以修正式德菲法及層級分析法就軟體領域「反模式」進行相關文獻彙整與探討，透過對負責軟體組織業務實現的軟體開發相關從業人員進行調查，整理出十項影響程度較高之反模式，並進一步探討其成因與建議解決方案。本研究期望藉此提供給企圖改善軟體開發環境之專案管理者參考，期以幫助識別產生負面影響的因子及風險辨視機率、降低軟體開發實踐過程可能產生的負面影響危機、提高生產的效率、增進軟體品質
