Methodology for determining the rational values of the mode parameters of the longitudinal tenon-pressing process

To determine the rational values of the mode parameters of the longitudinal tenonpressing process, a technique based on parametric optimization by the method of generalized reduced gradient is used. The generalized objective function is built on the basis of regression models describing the output parameters of the optimization object: pressing force, hardness of the mortise bottom, depth of the deformed zone. As a result of solving the optimization problem for pine wood samples, the following control factors are obtained W = 10,6 %, hn = 11 mm, B = 4 mm and expected values of the output parameters Fes = 5 473 N, HRL = 176 %, h3 = 35 %. The objective function has the potential to reduce the mortise width.Для определения рациональных значений режимных параметров процесса торцового прессования шипов использована методика, основанная на параметрической оптимизации по методу обобщенного приведенного градиента.
