Corporate social responsibility (CSR) helps a company be socially accountable to its stakeholders. Recently, CSR activities have become a growing concern, especially in the hospitality sector, and the hotel business is one of the industries where CSR plays a vital role in the stability of the environment. The primary motivation of this study was to find the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and consumer behavior of the Sokos hotel group in Finland.
