Desde la clandestinidad. Una historia oral de las mujeres cubanas que lucharon contra Batista (1952-1959)

The historiography of the cuban insurrection (1952-1959) has focused on guerrillas warfare at Sierra Maestra to the detriment of urban underground as a determinant element for the success of revolution. Over the last ten years, the investigations have tried to solve this lack of information studying the clandestines newspaper and making interviews to the survivors of those events. However, there are few studies about the participation of women, their process of ideologization, the integration mechanism, the activities developed by them and the gender relations that marginated them both from the opposition movement and the official narrative of the insurretionary process. In this case, twenty interviews to women that participated in the oposition against Fulgencio Batista regime has been made in La Havana, between April and May 2014.
