The purpose of the study is to assess the balance between vulnerability and power within the Romanian and Greek energy networks. The study presents visual analytic perspectives on the potential implications of Russian influence in the Romanian and Greek energy sectors; we found no network-analysis–type studies focusing on the energy sector, and we found few studies on Russian influence in the energy sectors of the two countries examined.
