Purpose : The objective of this paper is to provide an empirical evidence of the changes AI has caused in different sectors and the impact it can have on the recruitment market of Ireland if it is being implemented by large MNCS during bulk hiring. Methodology: An exploratory approach to create a bricolage about this new area of interest has been taken forward by the researcher.
