In this paper we are looking at container scheduling algorithms which could be useful in improving the container and task scheduling for the popular container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Container Orchestration is increasingly used at enterprise scale for automation in deployment and management of large container clusters. Orchestration typically includes activities like provisioning,communication between containers, instantiation and reconfiguration. Hence, container scheduling is an important aspect of orchestration. It has a direct impact on the application performance and an improved scheduling mechanism can enhance the application performance.
