This research aims to find the challenges of female managers in Ireland. The purpose of this topic is to better understand the difficulties which female managers in Ireland have to overcome during their professional life. Therefore, help companies to improve their organizational culture solving some of the issues that female managers in Ireland face. To comply with this objective, quantitative methodology was used to conduct the research, in which 89 participants answered an online survey with Likert scale questions. Then, all data was analyzed by IBM SSPS software.
