The research project has been divided into five chapters such as introduction, literature review, research methodology, finding and analysis and conclusion and recommendation. The introduction chapter has included overview of motivational theories and background of the study. In addition to this, background of the industry is also incorporated in this chapter. The chapter also contains the purpose, aim and objectives of the research project.
