My fourth year project is a music based web application. It allows a user of the website to register an account, and once logged in, they are brought to a number of features on different pages that are of interest to anyone with a passion for music. As more users register and more profiles build up on the site, more activity and discussion can take place online, therefore my site is heavily reliant on user activity. Features given to users are mainly based around API’s, such as the Google Maps API which displays upcoming live events based on the area the user is in.
