The current study is concerned with assessing the interactions between mindfulness, mood, procrastination and social media reliance. A sample of 135 individuals completed an online questionnaire that included measures for mindfulness, procrastination, social media reliance, depressed mood, anxious mood and stressed mood. Pearson correlation and bootstrapped mediation results confirmed positive associations between depressed mood, anxious mood, stressed mood, procrastination and social media reliance, which is consistent with prior findings.
