The research explores the issues around employee retention and turnover in the hospitality industry. In today’s challenging economic environment it is important for organisations to make the most of the human resources that they have. The research focused on finding out why employees choose to leave the organisation. The research study aimed to obtain responses from a wide variety of workers in the hospitality industry.
