This dissertation is a study based on the effects of restructuring on employee morale and motivation, and in return the impacts this can have on an organisation. Nowadays, organisations survivability is threatened by the economic climate, a decline in product demand and the speed of innovation has meant that organisations need to rapidly adapt and change in order to be competitive. The aim of this dissertation is to analyse the restructuring, motivation and morale process of an organisation through the use of surveys and interviews. Upon reviewing the study and analysing the results of both the surveys and interviews it showed that employee’s motivation had dropped as a result of restructuring
