Through this thesis, we attempt\ua0to bridge the two recent advancements in power engineering - Demand Management and Data Analytics in power engineering. While both these branches are stand alone, effective Demand Response can be facilitated only by improving the understanding of the demand and the customer behavior that contributes to electricity consumption.
