In the present situation of rig operations, the procedure of drill string design is crucial for the successful enlargement of any kind project. Besides of a pipe reliable material, the hoisting system of the rig must be prepared both for pulling out and moderating the velocity of tripping in. Therefore, the term Hook Load is introduced to evaluate the axial forces experienced by the drill string.
