The convergence of society and technology in our digital era has resulted in the development of electronic heath record (EHR) that allows accurate and systematized collection of patient health information in a digital format. Implementing of EHR is not only a transition from analog to electronically stored data but also reorganization of medical staff that in many cases may lead to various experiences. The problem statement of this thesis is: “How does medical staff experience the implementation of EHR in one municipality”.
