PERENCANAAN JALUR GANDA KERETA API STASIUN JEMBER - STASIUN PASURUAN

The number of railroad users is growing, which causes increasing numbers of train cars and train trips, but there must be addition lines to prevent the buildup of crosses crossing can occur ± 10 minutes and a ± 20 minutes time advance at some station so that double track planning is needed. Planning for the double track in the Jember railway station – Pasuruan railway station is in accordance with Peraturan Dinas Perusahaan Jawatan Kereta Api no 10 Tahun 1986 tentang perencanaan konstruksi jalan rel and Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan no PM 60 Tahun 2012 tentang persyaratan teknik jalur kereta api. Planning for horizontal alignment, vertical alignment and calculating construction structures for railroad double tracks. The planning steps include field observations, library studies, data inventory consisting of horizontal alignment and also vertical alignment data, design criteria, double track design, plan drawings. The results obtained from the planning in this final project are the results of calculations for railroad construction and get a new railway line along ± 134 KM that is between Jember railway station – Pasuruan railway station
