PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN, FITUR LAYANAN, DAN RISIKO KEAMANAN INFORMASI TERHADAP NIAT BERTRANSAKSI MENGGUNAKAN FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, service features, and information security risks on transactional intentions using financial technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an associative study with a quantitative approach involving 110 respondents who use banking financial technology. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of statistical software SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the variables of ease of use, service features, and information security risk have a positive and significant effect on transaction intentions using financial technology during the covid-19 pandemic
