DAMPAK COVID-19 TERHADAP SOSIAL-EKONOMI PEDAGANG DI OBJEK WISATA PANTAI BANGSRING UNDERWATER DI DESA BANGSRING KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of covid-19 on traders at Bangsring Beach tourism object Underwater. The sampling technique used was census method. The number of samples is all traders at the Bangsring Underwater Beach tourism object totaling 14 traders. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis and the frequency distribution formula. The results showed that when Covid-19 was still ongoing and there was a New Normal period or the reopening of the Bangsring Underwater Beach tourist attraction, the socio-economic conditions of traders experienced disruption and changes, both in terms of income and livelihood strategies. In connection with the efforts of the village government at the time Covid-19 was still ongoing, various ways were carried out, namely by providing assistance in the form of cash and groceries to several traders
