Background: Peer support is a support that provided by and for the peoples who share the same condition. One of the supports that can be provided by fellow PLWHA is the enthusiasm to always take medicine. Adherence to taking medication is very important for PLWHA to maintained the immune system, suppresses viral replication, improves quality of life, and not resistant to therapy.
