DAMPAK PROGRAM REHABILITASI SOSIAL ANAK BERHADAPAN DENGAN HUKUM (Studi kasus di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Klas I Blitar)

The efforts that have been made by the institution in guaranteeing and prioritizing the rights & needs of students are a concern for researchers as social workers to build awareness & contribution for agencies / institutions as well as related communities outside the government to participate in reviving thinking constructs in understanding the concepts and stigma of children dealing with the law, where their conditions and existence are real and in dire need of support and positive encouragement from people around them to prepare students (ABH) to return to society with their social functioning. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive types of research to obtain good research results. valid in the form of documents and oral narratives from research subjects and informants. The results of the research show that the existing institutional development programs have a good enough impact on restoring children's social functioning, through coaching both formally and formally. non-formal education and guidance according to the needs of each student in the Class I Class I Blitar Special Guidance Institution. Coaching patterns that are carried out continuously and continuously are able to form new habits and behaviors in the child. This then makes the child more confident to re-interact with and according to their needs in the community. In other words, the Institute has prepared a coaching program which at the same time can include the rehabilitation process for children dealing with the law at the Blitar Class I special guidance institute
