POLA ASUH ANAK PEKERJA MIGRAN (Studi Di Dusun Barat Embung, Desa Brakas,Kec.Raas, Kab. Sumenep)

This study focuses on the Parenting of Migrant Workers' Children. This study aims to determine the parenting patterns given by surrogate parents and the social problems that occur to children of migrant workers in Brakas Village. This study uses a qualitative research method with a purposive sampling technique approach. The subjects in this study were residents of Dusun Barat Embung, Brakas Village who had a family of migrant workers who were cared for by other people, aged at least 12-15 years, who were fluent in communicating, data collection techniques used observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the forms of problems that arise in the children of migrant workers include the formulation of the first problem of drinking, fighting, skipping school, fighting against parents. Meanwhile, the child care patterns of migrant workers provided by substitute parents include the formulation of the second problem of modeling, habituation, attention, advice, punishment
