Diese Arbeit untersucht Möglichkeiten der berührungslosen Vermessung von Durchmessern von Bohrungen in leitfähigen Materialien mit Hilfe des kapazitiven Messprinzips. Dazu wird ein Messkopf in die Bohrung eingeführt. Zwischen der Bohrungswand und Messelektroden auf dem Messkopf entstehen Kondensatoren, deren Kapazität mit einer Kapazitätsmessschaltung gemessen und daraus auf den Bohrungsdurchmesser zurückgerechnet wird. Es wurden dabei Ansätze mit Messköpfen mit einer oder mehreren Messelektroden verfolgt.
