Promoting high quality research and education in the field of transport is the goal of BIVEC/GIBET, the Benelux Association of Transport Economists, which was founded in 1978. During the quarter century of its existence, the Association has evolved from a small group of transport academics into a solid and broad-based network of a diversity of transport experts.
