Giant aneurysm of aortocoronary saphenous vein graft compressing the left pulmonary artery.

This is a case report of a 78-year-old patient with a 7-cm aneurysm of the saphenous vein graft that was used 17 years before to perform a coronary artery bypass grafting on the circumflex artery.
