Introduction: Fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) is part of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and has been linked to the aetiology of several neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders. So far no useful PET or SPECT tracer for in vivo visualisation of FAAH has been reported.
