This article describes the results obtained by the Bipolar rating Scales of children’s personality derived from the Five-Factor-Model (EBMCF). The bipolar scales were completed by several samples of mothers and teachers for children aged from three to twelve year. The effects of children’s age, gender and scholastic performance were analysed. The effect of the rater was also considered namely for the prediction of the children’s scholastic performance. The results showed that younger children were more positively rated than older ones, that girls were more positively rated than boys and that children whose scholastic performance was high were more positively rated than those whose scholastic performance was low.
