We are living at a moment where organisations are likely to know and go through a crisis. However are organisations correctly prepared to face them ? Roux-Dufort (2003, p.4) underlines this paradox : « at a moment where organisations are submitted to a greater number of crisis, there level of preparation stays low or non-existant ».
