Introducción El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la prevalencia de lesiones articulares en pacientes sintomáticos con displasia de cadera que requirieron osteotomía reorientadora periacetabular y establecer si está justificada una artrotomía, además de la osteotomía, para la corrección de dichas lesiones. Materiales y métodos Se diseñó un estudio de corte transversal. Se registraron los síntomas y signos clínicos asociados a lesiones articulares en la cadera: dolor, cojera, test de pinzamiento y discrepancia de longitud.
