In this work the performance of the OpenMP, an API that supports multi-platform shared memory multiprocessing, on a commodity cluster of PCs is studied and the effective ways for parallizations are investigated. Some simulations are performed using OpenMP and the running times are compared with the one using serial code. Meanwhile, the problem of moving contact line on a different chemmically patterned surfaces are simulated and some findings will also be discussed
