Abstract: This dissertation investigated the mediating role of psychological availability between workhome interaction and meaningful work among working women. Although participation of women in the workforce increased over the years, marginalised female representation in leadership positions, traditional mantle and responsibilities are some of the factors that hinder women from fully advancing in their careers. As such, psychological availability became an essential component to enhance the integration of work-home interaction and meaningful work across all levels of the organisation.
