Abstract: The study is based on the street vendors in Gauteng province. It investigated the supply chain challenges faced by fresh produce street vendors. The fresh produce concentrated mainly on the trading of fruits and vegetables to the public by the street vendors. The study, therefore, focused on the supply chain constraints faced on transportation and storage as well as coming up with applicable solutions. The investigation was done in transport and storage in Kerk Street, Von Brandis, and Noord in Johannesburg, South Africa.
