The phase diagram of quasi-three-dimensional disordered electron gas for a strong magnetic field of l/3 flux quanta per plaquette is obtained. The phase diagram shows the effect of the disorder, W, on the three Landau bands that come from an energy band before applying the strong magnetic field. For the weak disorder, the widths of energy bands increase with increasing W. For the strong disorder, the three Landau bands combine to become one big energy band. This big energy band exhibits localized -extended-localized pattern. The critical exponents of localization length are found for the critical points on the phase diagram.
