The factors that affect the concepts of quality of life and social inclusion are very complex in their analysis, comparing and defining. The analysis of social events that can determine these concepts are very extensive and it is difficult to make a clear distinction in ordering a priority list of events for which appropriate measures, activities should be undertaken, as well as preparation of action plans for a better approach to their solving.
