Teamwork is considered as a modern form of organizing the top of the scale of management. The principle of team work is becoming more today, almost every social organization believes that the application of this principle greatly increases the efficiency of the organization and improve its quality. Subject of the research is teamwork, or comprehending the situation of teamwork in organizations in the Republic Macedonia, due to analysis of the characteristics they possess and the changes to be incorporated in order to achieve the attributes of a contemporary effective team in organizations.
