This paper describes FAQ finder system tosearch the user required questions. FAQ FINDERis a natural language question-answering systemthat uses files of frequently-asked questions as itsknowledge base. FAQ FINDER retrieves existingones found in frequently-asked question files. FAQFINDER uses a combination of statistical andnatural language techniques to match user’squestions against known question answer pairsfrom FAQ files. In this paper, this system willimplement one of the main parts of InformationRetrieval system: FAQ finder. It is also thecombination of statistical search and semanticsearch.
