This paper presents Frequently Asked Question(FAQ) finder system that uses a natural languagequestion based on interface to access textinformation sources specifically text files organizedas question-answer pairs such as FAQ files. FAQfinder is a natural language question answeringsystem that uses files of frequently asked questions asits knowledge base. It identifies the files that arerelevant to the query and then matches against thesegments of text that are used to organize the filesthemselves.
