Machine translation is one of theimportant research areas in the world ofNatural Language Processing. This paperfirstly presents some challenges in MachineTranslation. Translation system needs tosolve the source and target language’sambiguities and also need to properly mapthe concept (meaning) and grammar(syntactic) rules of both languages. Thispaper focuses on lexical semanticdisambiguation. Therefore, this systemsolves semantic ambiguity problem with thedecision tree techniques (ID3, J48, NaïveBayesian tree and Random Forest). Thissystem solved the ambiguities based onconcept of word. Moreover this systemclassifies the concept of each word
