With the advent of virtualization technology, multipleheterogeneous virtual machines (VMs) can be coexistedon a physical server. Dynamic allocation of server’sresources prevents over provisioning and underprovisioning which is caused by fixed allocation.Moreover, live migration helps movement of VMs whenthe host has not enough resources. In order to address ondemand provisioning and give migration decisions, anefficient resource management system, LIBRA ispresented in this paper. Fuzzy based methods are appliedto both of the cases. According to the experimental results,we can say that LIBRA is an efficient resourcemanagement system for virtualized data center
