This study aims to research the effect of HRM practices on organizational commitment of employees at Eden E&C Company Limited and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on job performance at Eden E&C Company Limited. Primary data is collected by collecting 120 questionnaires from employees. Among six HRM practices, career planning and development, and rewards and recognition have the positive relationship with affective commitment but career planning and development is the major affecting practice on affective commitment. Regarding continuance commitment, only rewards and recognitions, and health and safety have positive affects on it. Among these two, the first one has major affect on continuance commitment.
