Nowadays, the concept of „security‟ generating much debate is „Human Security‟. Throughout the Cold War period, the essence of the concept of „security‟ is „National Security‟: protection of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of states from military threats. In this case, states are the key guarantors in providing „security‟. Due to the challenges to that concept, after the Cold War, „security‟ has been extended beyond state-centric notion of security to individuals-focus one.
