The aim of this study is to identify the current situation of Myanmar to use mobile financial services and to examine the factors effecting the adoption of mobile financial services in Myanmar. The study adopted a descriptive research design. The population of study consisted of all respondents in Myanmar. The sample size of this study was 120 people in the Yangon district area determined using convenient sampling. The study used both of the primary data and secondary data. On this study, the primary has got from the survey, questionnaires and interviews from the targeted respondents by using the quota sampling method from the selected organizations.
