This study intends to investigate leadership styles (transformational and transactional) and employee job satisfaction in Co-operative Bank. The principal objective of the take a look at is to have a look at consequences of leadership style on employee activity satisfaction. Independent variable is leadership style including transformational and transactional leadership styles, and job satisfaction is dependent variable.
