The main purpose of this study is to find out the factors that have influence in customer choice on international banking services in Yangon. The data and information are collected and evaluated through questionnaire and also making interview with bank managers. In order to collect data for analysis, completed 132 questionnaires were collected from customers within three months. After that Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used and analytical techniques like correlation and coefficient analysis, and descriptive analysis. As results of this thesis, it was found that most important factors are speed and service quality and financial factors. The second important factor is technological factor.
