This research aims to study and analyze the effect of different leadership styles on the employees’ commitment to the organization and in turn identify the effect of employees’ commitment to the organization on the resultant performance of the employees at MYMT Co., Ltd. This study is conducted on 101 employees out of the total staff 140 from Yangon office and Mandalay office of MYMT Co., Ltd. From the findings of the study, it is evident that transformational style has significantly positive effect on all three types of employees’ commitment to the organization. Normative commitment is also found to have some level of significance on the performance. Based on the findings, this study recommends that the leaders of this organization...
